Our mission is to enhance the professional development of our educators by providing relevant and engaging training opportunities.

Needs Assessment:

The Training committee identifies the needs of the organization by conducting surveys, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with department heads. This assessment ensures that training programs address specific skill gaps and organizational priorities.

Curriculum Development:

Committee members work together to design training curricula and content. They select appropriate training methods, materials, and resources to deliver effective learning experiences.

Program Implementation:

Once training programs are developed, the committee oversees their implementation. This includes scheduling training sessions, coordinating trainers or facilitators, and managing logistical aspects such as venues and equipment.
